Group Fitness Classes
One of the
most enjoyable and effective ways to stay fit and healthy is to participate
in group exercise classes. At ShapeXpress, we host regular instructor-led
classes for women of all sizes, shapes and fitness levels.
Whether it's
Yoga, Pilates or one of our Personal Group Training Sessions, our spacious
group class area is the perfect spot to stretch out and stay fit!

Body Blast
An all over workout that includes aerobics set to motivating music and total body toning using weights, bars, balls and bands, ending with great abdominal exercises and stretching. This class will leave you feeling strong and energized.
Body Sculpt
In this non-impact class, you will work with free weights, dyna-bands, body bars and balls, sculpting and toning your entire body. Body sculpting increases bone density while balancing the fat to muscle ratio which will increase your metabolism. Group motivation makes this a fun class not to be missed. All fitness levels.
Boot Camp
This
power-packed workout incorporates basic moves. Look
for heart pumping cardio with hardcore strength training
at a non-stop pace.
Box & Sculpt
Class
will incorporate boxing and cardiovascular drills while
using intervals of weight training to increase metabolism,
muscle to fat ratio, not to mention add definition
to your body, and increase your overall fitness and
endurance.
Cardio Kick
A
kickboxing class with an emphasis on cardio. Keeps
your heart pumping!
Cardio Kick & Sculpt
Cardio Kick with an extra ½ hour of sculpting your body. 1½ hours that will leave you feeling great.
Fusion Flow
A
Yoga flow class combining functional training movements
and the use of weights to enhance alignment, strength
and stability. Sculpt your body and tone your muscles
in Fusion Flow, and still incorporate the relaxation
of the mind.
Gentle Fitness
A
class for the member who enjoys fitness on the lighter
side. A total workout including low-impact cardio and
strength training with Phisio balls and light weights.
Gentle Yoga
Perfect for the beginner or the member
who enjoys the gentler side of Yoga. This class relaxes
and tones the entire body as well as the mind.
Butt, Gutt & Glide
1
hour of toning lower body and abdominals. This may be just the workout you are looking for.
Hi-Low & Sculpt
An
all over workout including aerobics, set to motivating
music and total body toning using weights, bars, balls
and bands. End with great abdominal exercises and stretching.
This class will leave you feeling strong and energized.
Hip Hop
A
fun and energetic dance class using upbeat pop and
R & B music, to give you a great cardio workout
while toning your body. You will work up a sweat in
this class.
Interval Box & Kick
Great Workout! Boxing
moves and free weights. Kick and box using a heavy
bag. Free weights for toning. Total body workout for
one hour.
Kick Box
In
this class we work with a combination of cardiovascular
exercises incorporating high intensity, low impact
moves and include kick boxing techniques. This workout
is designed to improve overall cardiovascular fitness.
All fitness levels.
Latin Dance
Latin
music makes this class fun and high energy. You will
learn Latin dances while raising your heart rate and
working up a sweat.
Pilates
Working
with core strength, Pilates is designed to develop
long, lean muscle while increasing strength and flexibility.
Power Box
One
step up from Kick Box, this class is for the tru boxing
enthusiast. You will be using the bag, so if you have
gloves, bring them along and be ready for a total body
workout with sports conditioning moves.
Power Hour
Join
us in combating exercise boredom with this NEW and
innovative workout class that includes Motivation,
Personal Instruction, Great Music and ShapeXpress'
Total-Body-Workout!!
Step & Sculpt
Get
it all in one!!! A fun-filled hour with Cardio Step
Training and Body Toning. Put it all to motivating
music and you have a great class!
TBC
Total
Body Conditioning. Squats, lunges and weights make
this a fantastic toning class. You will leave this
class feeling strong and buff.
Yoga
Designed
to place your spine in proper alignment, yoga's emphasis
is to improve overall health and well being. By learning
how to properly breathe, we release stress and anxiety,
bringing peace and calmness into the body and mind.
Yoga will increase muscular strength and endurance,
focus and concentration. Standing poses, balancing
poses and floor stretches make this a complete exercise
program in itself. All fitness levels.
Zumba
This class is set to a fusion of Latin and International
music that creates a dynamic, exciting and effective
workout. The routines feature Aerobic and Interval
Training with fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt
the body. FUN - EFFECTIVE - SIMPLE -
